Grown on the sunlit slopes of Northern Huila, this exceptional coffee is named after the Jaguarundi, a native wild cat known for its adaptability and graceful strength. Cultivated in the highlands of Aipe at elevations of 1,700–1,800 meters, the cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness and carefully dried in the fruit, allowing natural sugars and vibrant tropical flavors to fully develop.
