Chelbessa Ethiopia | Filter

This exceptional coffee comes from the renowned Chelbessa region in Yirgacheffe, where fertile soils, high elevations, and traditional farming methods create coffees with a distinctive and complex character. Grown at around 2,000 meters above sea level, the coffee is produced by 476 smallholder farmers and processed at the Chelbessa washing station, established by SNAP in 2019.

Roasted as an omni-roast, this coffee performs beautifully as both espresso and filter.

Espresso: vanilla, ginger, apricot, orange, medium body.
Filter: sweet, blueberry, tropical fruit, medium body.
