How can I report a concern about Screaming Beans' impact?

We take concerns about our social, environmental or ethical impact seriously. You can report anything related to working conditions, human rights in the coffee chain, environmental harm, discrimination or supplier conduct via impact@screamingbeans.com. Reports are handled confidentially. Anonymous reports are welcome. You will receive a confirmation within 5 working days. No one who reports in good faith will face negative consequences.
