We’re looking for a Store Manager who keeps the engine running, someone who understands hospitality, knows how to lead a team and takes responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach and support the team
- Create schedules and maintain quality (coffee, service, vibe)
- Monitor revenue, costs and waste
- Ensure hygiene, safety and a positive workplace
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1–3 years of leadership experience (hospitality/retail/coffee)
- Experience with operations and scheduling
- Basic financial understanding
- Strong communication (Dutch & English) and flexibility
