Store manager full-time

We’re looking for a Store Manager who keeps the engine running, someone who understands hospitality, knows how to lead a team and takes responsibility.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead, coach and support the team
  • Create schedules and maintain quality (coffee, service, vibe)
  • Monitor revenue, costs and waste
  • Ensure hygiene, safety and a positive workplace

 

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1–3 years of leadership experience (hospitality/retail/coffee)
  • Experience with operations and scheduling
  • Basic financial understanding
  • Strong communication (Dutch & English) and flexibility
